EPI - Observance of Vigilance Awareness Week- 2011

Engineering Projects (India) Ltd. observed the Vigilance Awareness Week - 2011 in
their Corporate and Regional Offices (Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata & Guwahati)
from 31.10.2011 to 05.11.2011. Shri A.K. Verma, Director (F), inaugurated the Vigilance
Awareness Week–2011 at 11 AM on 31.10.2011 by administering the Pledge to all officials
of the company working in the Corporate and Northern Region Office of EPI , Delhi.
Posters related to Vigilance Awareness Week-2011 were displayed at prime locations
in EPI offices . Message from Central Vigilance Commission was read out by Smt.
Manisha Saxena, Chief Vigilance Officer, EPI. Messages of Hon’ble President & Vice-President
was read out by Director (Finance). Hon’ble Prime Minister’s message was narrated
to colleagues by Executive Director(Legal) on this occasion.
A Workshop on "Do’s & Don’t’s in Conducting Departmental Enquiries" was organised
on 4th November, 2011 for AGMs and higher officers of Corporate and Northern Region
Office of EPI, Delhi. Shri Mukesh Chaturvedi, Dy. Secretary, DoPT, Govt. of India.
a sought after Guest Lecturer in CBI Academy & CVC delivered a lecture on the subject.
Slogan competition on "Corruption Eradication" was also organised on this occasion
of Vigilance Awareness Week-2011. Shri SPS Bakshi, CMD distributed prizes to best
three slogans which are as given below:

RO In-charges and other in-charges of various sites of EPI administered the Pledge
to their staff and observed the Vigilance Awareness Week with great zeal. Southern
Regional Office, Chennai and NERO, Guwahati informed that an interactive session
on "Curbing Corruption" was conducted and all staff were advised to work towards
eradication of corruption from the organization.
The Western Regional Office, Mumbai informed that this year’s theme "Participative
Vigilance" was explained to the employees at WRO that how we could achieve and promote
a corruption free society.
